Spring can't come soon enough

I tell ya, I'm just hanging on by a thread till spring. Something about the newness of it - new starts, new life - I really really need right now. This winter there's been lots of good stuff, yes, but man, there's been a lot that's come at me. I have felt SO weighted down this winter. I don't feel like myself this year at all, and I'm really tired of it. I want 'me' back. I just want this season of suckage to end. Come oooon, spring!

It might be "growing pain", some things that happen in life, are to change us into the person God wants us to be, it's a lifelong process. You know, the diamond in the rough gets cut and polished. We can't see the reasons, just need to trust. Lean on Him! Spring is a beautiful time of year! Maybe a SAD light would help get through the winter?

I long for the days when I can plant flowers and hear the birds chirping. It seems so distant when it's 36 degrees out. Here in Kentucky that is, not Britain! haha

I think you need spring break even more than you need spring, Hillary :) Wonder if this weekend's time change will help!

I was thinking how nice it must be for Emily to be sitting in Kentucky in the 36 degree heat. But then I remembered that she is probably talking about Fahrenheit, brrrr.

Riiiight...but remember how those of us over in Michigan have mounds of snow (and have had for some time) and it's actually much nicer in Vancouver? Ahem.

But yes, I cannot WAIT for spring!! It's sunny and beautiful today and it just TEASES. So mean.

Ahem. Yes, that's true. Can you tell the warm weather to come in time for my arrival please? That's be thooper. ;)

Ah yes, spring... almost waiting for it in a more metaphorical sense, I think. Cause like Jenn said, warm and wet wet wet... that IS spring in Vancouver, and it's kinda already here.

BUT, guess what??? I get to celebrate the first day of spring with YOU, Anne, and YOU, Sarah, and YOU, Jean! Woohoo!
